Content Submission Terms / Release

These terms apply when you send us videos, photos or other material (“submissions”), for example to [email protected] or through our photo submission page. Checking the release box on that page (or sending by email) means you agree to these terms.

Submissions come to us through our Tally forms (photos & clips, events) or by email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

You own it

You confirm that you created the submission or have the rights to send it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

People shown

You confirm that you have permission from anyone clearly featured in your submission, meaning anyone who can be identified agreed to be filmed or photographed and shown (and, for minors, that a parent or guardian agreed). Please don't send close-ups of strangers' faces without their OK.

License to us

You keep ownership. You grant Fun on the 15 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, crop, caption, combine and post your submission on our website and social channels (including TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook) and in promotion of those channels.

Credit

We'll credit you by the handle you give us. If you don't give one, we may post without a credit or ask you.

Removal

You can ask us to take down your submission at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll remove it from our website and accounts we control within a reasonable time; we can't control copies others have already shared.

No obligation

We aren't required to use any submission, and submissions aren't paid unless we agree otherwise in writing.
