The California Route 66 Museum sits on D Street in Old Town Victorville, on historic Route 66, a quick hop off the I-15. Admission is free (donations welcome). Volunteer-run since it opened in 1995: vintage cars, old signs, diner + motel memorabilia and plenty of photo ops.
